WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

Wedding Day Management commonly referred to as Day of Coordination is perfect for a couple who wants to plan most of the details of their wedding (or already has) but would also like some professional assistance in executing their vision. With this package, you will receive:

• 2 in person meetings one of which will be utilized to facilitate your venue walk through. 

• Complete wedding management and day-of execution.

• Review all your vendor contracts 

• Venue walk-through to discuss style and flow. 

• Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. 

• Scheduled check-ins to help you stay on track. 

• Creation of Wedding Day Timeline 

•  Complete vendor management we will be the point of contact for all contracted wedding vendors on the day of. One week prior to your date we will confirm vendor arrival times, get insurance info, confirm services booked and any other important details.

• Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members.

• Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ Our event design team will carefully set up personal elements such as signage, place cards and DIY projects according to your vision. 

• Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.

• 1 professional wedding planner and one event designer will be present at your event for up to 12 hrs. 

• Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors (if you wish)

• Retrieve wedding gifts / cards  and insure you receive all of them at the end of the night

• We will pack up all of your personal items and place them with the designated receiving party

• Full access to our Wedding Day “Emergency Kit”
