• Recommend vendors based on your personalized event budget and style

• Your event planning and design team will make one site visit with you to establish your design vision and well as the event flow

• Unlimited phone and e-mail communication/advice 

• Scheduled progress check-ins  and to-do list

• Budget creation 

• Review all vendor contracts

• Assistance with your save the date, invitation, program and menu wording

• Provide spreadsheet templates for the following: guest list, RSVP’s, payment schedule, ceremony music, and reception “do not play” list

• Create a complete timeline for your event and share with all vendors

• Serve as point of contact for all vendors beginning eight weeks before your wedding date
